- 1/2 glass of white wine
- 1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil Estepa Virgen
- Oregano Ground pepper and salt
NOTE: Usually, the baking time in the meats goes in relation to the weight of the meat, ie 1 kilogram of meat-1 hour of cooking and in the fish the times are reduced by half or less. Needless to say if the ribs are Iberian pork will be more juicy and tasty.
